How quickly can the staffing position be filled?
The normal turnaround time for staffing request is 2-3 business days from the time it is submitted. Our goal is to identify and notify you of a resource within 1 business day. Specific skill set needs may take additional time.
Can you handle large volume staffing requests, such as seasonal staffing or project staffing?
Yes, we fulfill requests for individual as well as large volume staffing needs. With our vast staffing directory and centralized billing model, hiring a large group of seasonal or project workers has never been easier.
Can multiple staffing agencies be used to fill my order?
Yes, requests for a large volume of workers or specialized skill sets may require us to use multiple staffing agencies to properly meet your needs.
Will I receive multiple invoices if more than one staffing agency is used to fill my order?
No, whether you use one or multiple staffing agencies, you will receive one comprehensive invoice directly from us.
What happens if I don't like the staffing agency or they don't perform well?
Let us know. We will always be your point of contact if you are not satisfied with a staffing agency or an individual employee. We will work quickly to address the issues and implement the necessary changes.
Can I request or exclude specific staffing agencies?
Yes, you can request or exclude which staffing agencies are used to fulfill requested positions. The position request form allows you to select up to 3 preferred staffing agencies per request. To specify agencies you do not want to work with, simply make a note in the Other Requirements field.
