I don't know how I missed that one. I can't stand it when the FedEx guy comes in smelling like smoke,  much less an applicant I have to interview.

		<description>The biggest faux paux in my book is coming into an interview reeking of cigarette smoke!  It is probably the biggest turn off that can encompass a candidate.   Whenever I send a candidate out to interview, I strongly admonish them not to smoke in the car on the way to the interview.  The odor of tobacco is patently unpleasant, and is often very unpleasant to those with an allergy.</description>
